Every Thursday afternoon, when there is not a meeting, a group of members meet
for a social afternoon, from 1.30 pm to approximately 3.00 pm. They have a chat,
a cup of tea and biscuits. Occasionally a bag beetle or a quiz will be
organised. Members pay a nominal charge of 75p to help towards the cost of the
hall and refreshments.
Various outings are also organised during the year.
