| We have 50 members on roll at present. As well as the meeting listed above we organise outings and walks and take part in a yearly quiz. Additional meetings are held in member’s homes to raise money and these are both well attended and very enjoyable. The Women’s Institute runs Denman College, and some of our members visited there last summer. Our group also arrange outings so that members can visit a wide range of places of interest. As you can see from the website we have a serious side when we discuss and vote on a variety of resolutions that deal with social, environmental or political issues. |
